Les relations intergroupes sont des aspects de l'interaction humaine auxquels il prête attention. A travers ses accompagnements, il mettra en avant son écoute bienveillante tout en essayant de répondre aux questionnements des familles.
Avec son bagage d'animateur breveté dans des mouvements de jeunesse, son objectif premier est la prise en charge d'enfants dans les meilleures conditions possibles tout en respectant les besoins de ces derniers.

Toujours à la recherche de l'accompagnement le plus qualitatif possible, Aurélie ne cesse jamais de se poser les questions lui permettant de décoder les enfants et leurs comportements.
